At Fire Arm Fire Protection Ltd, we strive to provide the highest quality fire protection services and customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the services provided, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your concerns.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered if services were not delivered as agreed or if there was an error on our part. Requests for refunds must be made within 14 days of the service completion or invoice date.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at firearmfireprotection@gmail.com with your order details and reason for the request. We will review your request and respond within 7 business days. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.

Non-Refundable Services

Fees for consultations, assessments, or services fully delivered and accepted by the client are non-refundable.
