Services
Information on our website is provided for general guidance about the fire protection services we offer. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw any part of our services at any time without prior notice.
Payment Terms
All invoices include a 14-day payment period from the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late Payment Charges
For equipment hire, installation and servicing, fire wardens or fire training, late payment charges apply 30 days from the date goods/services were provided.
For fire risk assessments, charges apply 30 days from the invoice issue date.
Late Payment Fees
A late payment fee will apply to invoices overdue by more than 30 days, whichever is greater:
- A flat fee of £25, or
- 12% of the total invoice amount.
Late Payment Fee Effective Date
These terms will come into effect on 15th August 2025, (28 days from 18th July 2025).
Fire Extinguisher Hire - Loss & Non-Return
A £40 charge per unit will be applied for any hired fire extinguisher that is not returned. This fee does not apply to extinguishers used in emergency situations, but specifically covers equipment that is missing or unaccounted for upon return.
Clients are responsible for the safekeeping of all hired fire safety equipment for the duration of the hire period.
